He was the first of his kind, and he is the last of the Cythai still alive. He is the oldest and most powerful member of his race, and all the Ionrach, of which he is the undisputed leader, bow before him. This is Volturnos, the Supreme Sovereign of the Depths, the one who holds absolute authority over the Idoneth. He goes into battle riding his Deepmare, Uasall, and anyone who fights under his banner is filled with deep pride. He is a legendary commander, said to be better than anyone at reading the flow of a battle. However, Volturnos is not content to lead his men from the rear: in battle, he wields the sword known as Astra Solus, capable of cleaving through armor with ease, leaving a luminescent trail, and a shield that can devour and block the magic of his enemies. 

This multi-part plastic kit contains the parts necessary to assemble Volturnos, Supreme Sovereign of the Depths. He is undeniably battle-ready and wears a splendid and heavy plate armor (especially notable are the greaves and pauldrons, which extend well beyond Volturnos' shoulders and support an enormous cloak adorned with Idoneth symbols along the edges). In his right gauntleted hand, he wields the Astra Solus, a lethal-looking serrated blade, while with his left, he holds Cealith, the shield of the Supreme Sovereign. Above his shaved head and partially obscured face by a blindfold, rises the Emblem of the Supreme Sovereigns, a tall and majestic banner, inscribed with Idoneth symbols in the metal and large jewels. His mount, Uasall, is a famous Deepmare, distinguishable from others by its even larger horn: it is a gigantic creature covered in scales whose forelegs end in enormous claws, while its powerful hindquarters split into three mighty tails. The kit includes an aelven stone to add atmosphere to the base. 

This kit consists of 45 components and comes with a 60mm round Citadel base. The kit can also be used to assemble an Akhelian King.
