At first, they appear as spectral shapes in the ethereal sea, distant blurred spots that seem to materialize out of nowhere. With powerful pushes of their crescent fins, the forms grow far too quickly as they launch their attack. Agile, muscular, and designed to be lethal, the Allopexes are legendary predators of the ocean depths. Attracted by blood, they feed on anything they can get into their gigantic jaws. The mouth of an Allopex features rows of triangular teeth, razor-sharp saws capable of tearing chunks the size of a man from their prey. With blades attached to their fins and ridden by warriors who shoot with the harpoon launcher, the Allopex is a living war machine. 

This multi-component plastic kit contains the parts necessary to assemble an Akhelian Allopex. It is a large beast bound by a fierce appearance reminiscent of a shark. Its fins are modified with sharp blades while the head and eyes are covered with metal armor to facilitate control by the riders. 2 Akhelian Guards ride the beast: the first holds the reins in his left hand, and the barbed blade (or, optionally, the barbed hook) in his right hand is ready to take down any nearby enemy who survives the fierce bite of the Allopex. Behind him stands a Guard firing with a razorshell harpoon launcher from the top of a specially constructed platform (it can also be assembled as a retarius net launcher, and both options are equally devastating and feature a supply of harpoons behind the weapon). The charioteer wears a crestless helmet so as not to obstruct the aim of the harpoon launcher, while the gunner, almost to compensate for that of his companion, has a particularly large crest; both have bare arms and wear the heavy plate armor typical of the Akhelian Guard. You have the options to assemble the Allopex with its mouth closed or open, and a choice of accessories (fishing nets, ropes, hooks, various bottles) to decorate the creature and the base. 

This kit consists of 47 components and comes with a 90mm oval Citadel base and a flying model stand.
