- 1x Bloodwrack Shrine (supplied with a large oval Citadel base)
- 1x Hag Queen (supplied with a 25mm round Citadel base)
- 1x Slaughter Queen on foot (supplied with a 25mm round Citadel base)
- 1x Avatar of Khaine (supplied with a 40mm round Citadel base)
- 5x Melusai Blood Stalkers that can also be assembled as Melusai Blood Sisters (each supplied with a 40mm round Citadel base)
